Returns & Exchanges

   If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry you may return the items in their original condition and in their original packaging within 30 days after receipt of merchandise. We will replace or refund your items according to your instructions. Please note that the delivery cost to return these items are at your own cost. Please include a note with the return indicating if you'd prefer a replacement or a refund.

   Goods must be received at our office within the 30 day period from the date upon which you received your shipment. Please provide a copy of your original invoice in the box with the return, and please email us with the TRK# when you ship the items out. *Please note that this is required and gives both you and us proof that the goods have been shipped and received by us. We can not accept returns without a TRK# being emailed to us. Also, please explain the reason for the return in your email. Special request orders, or non-stock items specifically ordered at the customer's request are non-returnable.
